Where can I go to find lonasharks to borrow money from them?
What if after I borrow money from them than got no money to pay them back than I go make police report?

Borrow moey from loansharks than make police report and have them arrested than don't need to pay them back the money.

After you borrow money from the loanshark, make police report that you lost your IC.
Than make a police report that someone use your IC to take a loan from the loanshark.
After the loanshark has been arrested you can keep the money.
