There are the good maids and those black sheep too, what we are pin pointing out here are some of the traits that certain maids display when they are not up to their mark when doing a job.
A job is afterall a job, if they had chosen to apply for it whether in forced circumstances or not, they ought to carry out their role and responsibilites.
A Job you go home after certain hours and you don't see that person. You can choose to walk out if u decided that you don't need to listen to some spoil brad. A CEO rose up from junior position they did not start from CEO at the aged of 16 years old.....they have worked for people and understand what is it like to work for people.
A Live in Maid stayed in the House 24 / 7. This is not a Job if it is a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment. There are no privacy....so compare with relevancy. They can't just walked out of the apartment. They are put in a position where mobility are limited and they remain in the place of residency and work day till night and facing spoil brad......
So the least you can do is to give whatever Human respect. All those Singaporean who have Maid if only they realized by keeping a Maid in a small environment you are also creating a mentally ill person in your house.
i m lucky to have good maid. juz change the maid if it's no good.
