Louis koo used to be a convict in the 1990, when he was led astray by his company of bad friends. he has never denied he was in jail before and look at where he is now. a hk movie star.
everyone deserve a second chance.
if she still the same old self and go back to committing fraud, then she dun deserve another chance. you have to ask her what was her motive for committing fraud? was it because of lack of money, greed for money, or led astray by her friends?

Solution seems to be a simple one to me.
Drop alien language use native language.
Problem solved.

No reason why they should.
English is an alien language to majority of Singaporeans.
Mandarin is an alien language to majority of Japanese.
You can't expect japanese to pronounce chinese words correctly also.

Everybody deserve many chances in life cuz I bet countless people like you and me have gone beyond second chances. My point is that she is young already on the wrong path and therefore she has to be hit hard if not harder ...and believe me she will definitely be a better person later down the road of life.
what is 2nd chance....? Miss Sg is going to compete globally...Do you honestly think Miss Nicaragua or Miss iceland is going to give her 2nd chance. She will be eaten alive....So for those who think this is harsh .............think again. When u screw up the first time in current enviornment there is NO 2nd Chance....!! wake up and get real.
She has to pick herself up and start walking.

That is mainly due to PAP education and language policy.
They really screwed up everything.
The main person to blame for all this is the old fucking b******d.

It is due to the insane policies of one man.
He caused it. He fucked us up.
Those who use less Chinese (including dialects ) and Malay tend to speak better English. My observation is that Indians and Singhs enjoy speaking English with ease.
Reason is that the less you use Singlish the better your English will be
