Apart from songs from Dick Lee all pop songs were considered satanic by some religious fanatics but first you have to play them backwards to listen to the weird sounds of hell.Where got time for that?![]()

Mine was a 1974 Sierra.![]()
Was in class yesterday.
And the lecturer was talking about the 'Ang Chia'. Kinda lots of memories.
Then some folks were made to do self intro, and Jurong Islands were bought up.
Last time, to get to Jurong Island, must take ferry.
I was there too, before the link to main island was built.
Then......going to Sentosa also must take ferry or cable car.
And I did worked in Van houten chocolate factory during the 90s before they moved to Malaysia.

hey.. you had a Sierra too!
it came in one of those bloody huge cabinets with the sliding doors which invariably got stuck and after a while, you can't be stuffed to close the doors anymore...
it also had a timer clock at the side which you can set so that the TV turns off at a certain time...

There used to be quite a few of the Police Reserve Units but I think may be only one left.
Hmmm.....think my family did have a Sierra type tv.
With sliding doors and coloured tv.
But I guess its the late 70s or early 80s for us cos I remember my mother pushing the tv out into our front kampung yard so neighbours can bring their chairs to sit there and watch tv, while we kids lit up our Mid Autumn festival lanterns and hang up on the front door big Guava tree. The guavas are so small and sweet.

The small little pinkish guavas and chikus, used to have rows of them.
