Your teeth will start to shift, and if it's a molar it might affect your biting, that said, unless its your wisdom tooth we are talking about do consider saving your tooth. Dentistry are so much advance nowadays I'm sure you can find a treatment plan that's right for you. -

Which state? I have some aunts in Penang and some long lost relatives in Perak ,break away from the main family who are still running a hugh coconut plantation business started by my great gandfather in south thailand -
