Polys should just start offering degrees lar. Seriously, after 3 years, give them a diploma, after another 1 or 2 more year, I don't see why they won't learn enough to warrant them a degree?

I think the chances of you getting employed is low because most employers do not recognise your specialist diploma as its only a 1 year part time course
not really true, retail and business are linked. so you should be able to get a retail sales position easily.
retail supervisor you might get a chance to get if you have experiences in retail.
Management trainee is usually for degree holder.
