  That's why when I eat at hawker centres/coffee shops, I never order their drinks - overpriced & diluted (they add too much water/ice to earn more profits), I totally despise their way of doing business.

  So after my meals at hawker centres/coffee shops, I left and went to cheers to buy drinks.

  Conclusion. TS a very sheapskate person... 20 cents will not cost your entire fortune and cause you to bankrupt. If so, stay at home and suck thumb!
