My right hand has been suffering from "pin and needles" sensations (like numb / cramped) due to possibly long term awkward computer usage.
But it's been like this for several days.......
I am a little worried....
What should I do?
stop using the com.
this will be the last message you'll ever see.
get a wrist-rest
may not solve the problem but can help a bit
carpal tunnel syndrome?
go see a doc and have it scanned in X-Ray to get peace of mind.

X-Ray see bone nia. Unless he fractured something, otherwise no need. MRI is more viable but ex. Likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome...my friend has it. Get those gel-filled wrist rests and rest your hand once in awhile. Worse case...change your mouse hand lol.

Yesterday I saw a doctor....he said let's wait for 1 week....it will heal by itself possibly.
Now I check this thread, I made it on 10th Jan, that means it's actually been more than 9 days. Actually more than that, because when I made the thread I was already suffering for several days.
I think I wait a few more days and go see a doctor again and ask for a specialist, if it persists.
Btw my message to all of you....please do not use your computer mouse wrongly.
Computer mouse is a very dangerous object, now I realize.
Haizz....

U no read the warning on the keyboard? "To reduce risk of serious injury, read Safety & Comfort Guide provided with product and at www.[Brand].com/ergo"
chop off hand
no hand, no problem
Up to now I am still not fully recovered.
Anyway, I read up more info on internet.
It says it can take months to more than 1 year.
:(
I still cannot fully use my right hand, like eating (using utensils), and other fine motor skills.

instead of self diagnosing, why not see a doc?
I did, I did.
He just said wait till it heal by itself.
Now it did subside, but not fully recovered yet.
This is a problem which is quite demoralizing to me....
Sometimes at night I am in pain before sleeping.
:(
go for acupuncture to reset your nerves
