  I tried a product named as "Flexi-Patch". You can find it in Unity. It works for my painful shoulder and knee. Maybe it can help you too.

  I got pain on both upper arms near the joint to the body, especially when sleeping. It's been like that for three years. Donno what to do.

  my mommy did a wrist surgery before.BUT honestly, after sometime.her hand always pain.
