I saw this whole bunch just now at west coast beach. They were performing this really weird ritual. But I seriously wonder if they were committing mass suicide. They were stepping on glass and getting themselves whipped by other using raw hide. Ouch! Some of them even past out. I wonder why they were even allowed to perform this ritual in public? It looked really sadistic.
