  nowadays Fragrance not bad...besides Hotel 81...for budget below $80...

  all night long and near to many eateries ...can da bao and have great ONS too...

  I dunno if cape inn is a new hotel or recently refurbished to look new. Its where the bak kut teh used to be, on the ground floor, just across the road from link hotel.
