In a nation's social culture comprises of men and women, there is already an indicator under Hofstede's framework for assessing culture to tell how equal opportunities and rights are distributed. By that indicator to determine whether the society is masculine or feminine, it can tell us the values that our people have. For example, in Singapore with a 48% equality, it means that Singaporeans viewed materialistic gains, ambitions and competiveness equally important with relationships and values.
