As for most efficient sources of protein, the argument is "eat bugs." Insects grow fast and in huge numbers while being an excellent source of protein.
In short
- Cows belch and fart contributing greenhouse gases
- Cows eat too much for their meat to be efficient
- There are easier and more efficient ways to get protein.
For me, I like my occasional steaks at Jack's place. My grandchildren can eat bugs for all I care. =D
The grandkids can have the bugs.

Most people live to eat instead of eat to live these days
With better purchasing power, people will want to buy meat and not vegetables or plant food.
And even if people cut down on meat, do you seriously think they will want to ship those food to 3rd world countries to feed the poor? End of the day it's all about profitability.
Anyway, just give me my steak and I'm good

There was a scandal recently involving the Climate Research Unit (CRU) known as "Climate Gate" whereby scientists were caught concealing evidence that contradicted the current greenhouse gas theory.
The long and short of it is, going by the fact that the earth warms and cools in predictable cycles. Man's presence on earth, combined with all the methane cows are farting out, has succeeded in raising the world's temperature by 1 Degree Celcius off the expected temperature if man had never risen to power.
Man doesnt have to do anything to reduce CO2 Emissions. Oil will run out in 100 years time. By then we will prob be surviving off Hydrogen or solar power by then. A much cleaner solution.
I think it was also reported recently, that the whole ice caps melting thing is fake. The scientists who did the "research" and who concluded that the ice caps were melting, actually used/plagiarized/referenced a student's essay.
SO yeah.....damn big scandal...now they're even saying that global warming story was a political campaign.
Nah go read these by yourselves....

But the thing is...now they're saying tt global warming etc etc is all part of nature...it'll occur whether we try to prevent it or not.
Also....when 1 ice cap melts....another will gather more ice...get it? It's a balance. ![]()

Eh Jack's place steak not very nice in my opinion =) If you want cheap and good... go give Sizzeria a try at Liang Court. Food quality to price ratio is really really good there =)
Yogi bear gives it his paw of approval!
