Let's get it in simple english
Not voting because she chose not to is entirely different from not voting because she was restricted and to a certain extent denied the right to vote.
To put it simply, this is definitely debatable in court;although she is a maid.
One fine day , she may have the financial means to engage a lawyer .you never know because everyone has the ability to succeed; meeting the right person at the right time in addition to all other uncontrollable factors.
When that day comes...
