Which shopping centre is so ulu like hell?

definietly upper serangoon shopping centre, not only ulu but most run down...male toilet still use those urinal wall and the whole shopping centre is good only for cheap pc games from computex and barber shops...

I always go to million agencies located at a quiet corner for precision engineering measurement instruments. The rent should be quite cheap there if you need to set up office. Most of the shops there can stay there long term due to regular cliente.

When I was a kid, that place was a popular haunt, even had shop selling errrr yellow magazines.

i dunno leh. i used to think $2 is cheap for chicken rice. but for the amount of chicken in their $4 serving, i think it is cheap. i could be wrong cos i hardly eat chicken rice :(
