  I don't like this sort of people. Actually after knowing a few years with each other. A simple dinner with everyone around should suffice already. I hate the most is friends gather out for dinner, eat only that salad, and they split the bill equally -.-

  Frankly a gal who is willing and can fork out $200+ for a GPS for you ... you think she is really asking for your money !!!
  
  She just like any other gal - like to attention. She just asking for fun. Frankly i think she more looking for you saying so expensive and cannot afford ..... you know the gal stuff of pls pls pls .... for attention only. 

   

  Kind of funny - you willing buy her a nice meal at a fancy restaurant and drive her around whenever you rented a car (both expensive) yet you not willing to buy her a $200 bag !!!

   

   I think the issue here is not money but she is interested, but you treating her like ordinary friend that you happy then look up type.

  Useful tip: Next time you can save even more money also by going for those birthday treats from banks like UOB or DBS...  they have like buy one get one free on your birthday... it's www.bigbirthdayrewards.com ;)
