  just a remark since i recall something. TTFU that photo you post i not sure lah. But i think mediacorp actor chew chor meng has an illness  that makes the human body ages faster than at noirmal rate . can't pinpoint the medical term but its true. so i think it may no be appropriate to post his photo and make a joke on it.
