  LOL.. I think DBS/POSB charges $5... the rest are free.. hehe..
  
  Especially credit / debit cards from other banks... they always say... one more time $5 ah... this time round free replacement.... 3 - 5 working days ah!

  I just change my Maybank ATM card 3 weeks ago due to crack on the magnectic strip.

  Free and get it on the spot and oso can used instantly.

  You can fix it by sticking a scotch tape along the magnetic strip.

   

  But only smart person like me would know this trick, common people would scream at their atm card until they die of screaming.

  What if one fine day, after using for a number of times, the scoth tape kind of floated up and when you insert your card in to atm, it get stuck?
