Habit of Sleeping Naked ?

  Just checking, anyone here also have the habit of sleeping naked?

  There are many pros of sleeping naked, just google it

  staying with parents and siblings, having personal room, locks door every weekdays while sleeping.

  Its a secret to my family that I do sleep naked for comfort and health benefits,

  should I tell them? I find it quite uncomfortable telling some of my close friends when they brough up similiar topics.

  I sleep topless because nowadays the weather very hot.  My house don't use air con because it's not necessary; we use fan so that we can also reduce electricity usage.

  ditzy: I switch my air-con to 25 degrees and cover with blanket so i wouldnt feel cold :)

  sleeping topless is very common, but I dunno how to explain me locking my doors frequently

  25 degrees, you might as well not turn on the air con. 25 degrees is the temperature of my room without the fan on at night.

  Nowadays I don't go topless anymore to keep my bed clean.

  Ah, Fireice, girls a bit more 'mafan' to sleep naked right, you have to avoid doing so during your period,

  think I should just openly declare to my family that I sleep naked , im around mid 20s btw.

  What's with your dying desire to tell your family?! You mentioned you have your personal room to lock yourself in right? So sleep in the buff away please. A lot of people do that ffs.

  me and angie we usually wear something when we slp togeher. i buy her soft cotteny nightinggown and i usally wear kelvin klein undies tight fitting ones sleep together. easy after shag rainy day we curl up 2in1 unison and dream away in our bedrooms
