decent massage recommendation

Okay~ as you know I work infront of this laptop for almost 12 ~ 15 hours a day, recently I am developing this programmer's back ache. I need a good massage (without special service) to loosen up my back muscle. The pain is getting worse and it's painful to even to walk.
I'm just 23 and already have this problem liao
so da ge and da jie, you guys got any decent massage place to recommend me? I don't like the chinese tieda oil, maybe western style with oil massage for me?Please help, as I'm typing this I could feel programmer's backache very jialat....

Izzit? I like that place for their custard buns and some of their food items...But I've found East Ocean de custard buns to be nicer...

I want custard buns, then I go victor's kitchen, peach garden, or oh fark I just remembered I visited imperial treasure super peking duck at paragon last last weekend for custard bun also, crap.

Upper Thomson that stretch also got a lot of good Javanese Massage places
Clean ones and they massage both men & women
If you want you can try "Java Java". Ask for Lina but hor you need to make appointment coz her schedule is usually booked.
It's located at Prata House that row of shop houses near the Dim Sum place at Upper Thomson

Don't be mislead by the name, they got body massage also, I think its 40 something bucks for 40 something minutes. I no try before coz I'm not the massage type of guy, but my gf commented the prices are reasonable.

The auntie there is my hair salon de sister. the family do hair styling one~ she got help me cut hair before last year.
