just curious
all human beings will dream..
they dream
they dream about seeing the world again
susan boyle dream
I think they do dream.
they not only dream...but dream that one day they can see the light...
isn't that a great and noble dream to see?
so whats the next thread from you?
let me guess, do girls eat chilly?
be nice to jiani....she is only that young...lol
young as in how old?
when I was 7 years old I was able to know this fact.
err....little women have the priviledge of being a little ignorant....
boys or men are destined to be tied by the system and social chains to let them be and bite a great piece of meat off us ....
Maybe she's curious about WHAT blind people 'see' when they dream?
I'm curious too.
if she is curious, why dun she volunteer? then she can talk to people who are blind and ask them this isnt it.
lets be nice to jiani...ok?
i may have asked the same as part of my curiousity when i was her age...
jiani ....their lives are extraordinary and they feel deeper and see greater inner light what we couldn't ...
we have a lot to learn from them than from one who sees everyday...
Why flame lol. Its a honest question. Anyway i think yes, though blind they must have immagination or some sort so they can dream
They dream sounds and voices. Conversations and singings
Sometimes very lovely sounds, sometimes very bad noise, and when they wake up, its only a dream.
Jiani is a nice gal who is only 13, let's be nice to her.

Fair question i think.
Not sure if its exactly the same question as OP intended, but I've also wondered; Can you dream of something that you've never seen before?
Why not? --> Creativity at work. :p
Then again, how can you be sure you've never seen it before? It could've just been sleeping in your subconscious.
If you weren't born blind and have 'seen', then I can see where you're coming from - but if you were born without vision at all, is it still possible to imagine?
Coming to think of it.....its do-able. Associate something to the sound and/or touch of an object. So whether or not its accurate to the actual item, they can at least imagine something nonetheless.
Yes,
So long as the brain is functioning properly, there will be brain activity and thus, dreams occur, even if the sensing organs are gone
Of course, they are also human beings.
Good question. Why didn't I think of it ? May be someone who is blind should answer this question. To know what they are dreaming, may be the person can draw on a piece of paper what they see in their dream and whether it matches with reality. If what they dream match with the thing in reality, then I wonder why they can dream of something they have not seen. Amazing. Don't tell me blind people cannot draw. If can't draw, may be they can describe.
