Anyway I think got one method is cut the size of stomach to solve the problem.

before you put that piece of chocolate into your mouth, drink a full glass of water and bear with the craving for half an hour
because sometimes you're not actually hungry - just dehydrated
sometimes i snack on carrots and celery
it can get quite addictive to munch on them, serious
brush your teeth immediately after each meal
then tell urself to refrain from food to keep ur teeth clean
works if u take 10 min to brush ur teeth, like me.

Unless you want to be a total health freak - there's nothing wrong with eating, just gotta make sure you burn off the bad stuff. Then if you try to make as much of what you eat healthy (eg. fruits) then that's even better.
Banana?? I advise against banana as they contain carbs.
Apple is good. They have a weight loss component.
Best is to snack on nuts e.g almonds. But limit to 5-6.

I have the same problem too..why is it hard to be slim again..I can't have diet anymore because a lot of ads nowday..they are so persuasive.I recently see sgbrochure and there are a lot of ad about delicious food..yummyy..^^ thats why I can't be on diet.hehhee.

me too! i'm dealing with the same thing. when i see that i m putting on weight, i get a lil frustrated and then grab food and eat them.. i cant help it. .but i try to run 2.4km as often as i can. food is my weakness.pls tell me if u ever have any solutions too.
exercise won't help unless you are like Thorpe... try substitute for lower fat/sugar/carbo stuff. Like eating more dark chocolate instead of other snacks
i did lose weight last yr when i managed to exercise n control my food intake .. but the problem is i cant control my food intake now.
