Try the atkins diet. No rice, no potatos no carbohydrates. Simply consume protein (meat) and fat (salmon and trout). You will lose weight but u'll also become unhealthy due to lack of carbs. Drag this diet for 5 months and then stop and return to normal meals.
Drink more water. Everytime you have urge to eat, just drink water in.
It might be worth your while to have some bloodwork done.
There is a lot of misinformation and bias against hyperphagia and its co-morbidities, but dyleptinaemia is a real problem.
Find a doctor sympathetic towards your cause, a pity Singapore seems to be lacking bariatric physicians.

I haven't researched, but i thought dark chocolate has a higher (cocoa) fat level?

But you can control your output by increasing metabolism rate.
Just like everyday jog a bit, dont need to run 5km, but as long as you sweat out run till you panting like mad everyday, i think you will reduce weight soon enough despite your intake.
i hate running r jogging, but i dance at least 18 to 20 hours of hip hop dance and/or cheerleading per week. is that enough? :/

I noticed i slim down no matter how much i eat when i go running everyday.
Dancing could be aerobic fat-burning depending on intensity but we never know... haha pat your tummy and find out for yourself
exercise self control over what you eat and jog. Jogging best form of slimming down.
ya, u can alway jog jog to Macdonald's or the bakut teh stalls, no harm done
food intake is in the mind, control control :)
but of cos dont give yourself negative thoughts like you're fat. maybe tell yourself that you're saving for a new dress so eat less times a day, save up on snacks. good luck!
