Ask a friend to start exercising with u or join with a friend who is already into exercising. Have to be a friend who can motivate u, encourage u.
1. Hydration. You need to drink enough water. 99% of us think we drink enough water but we don't. That's why most of us are in the state of chronic dehydration, our body perceive thirst as hunger in that sense. Drink more water = less stomach for food. =P
2. Exercise, do not attempt any extreme cardio because it doesn't increases your body metabolism. Instead, go for high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT burns more carbs when protein when you work out, but that fat burning process is post workout, which means to say that it increases your metabolism for the next 1 -2 days, allowing you to consume more calories.
3. Diet. Eating right is of paramount importance if you want to lose weight! Heres an example. A clean breakfast would be eggs or egg whites for protein. You'd want to eat a complex carb source as well, like oatmeal or a high fibre ceral. Lunch and dinner: Chosse a protein source, eggs/ egg whites/ chicken breast, lean steak or fish. You'd want to have a higher fibre carb. I personally love green lentils because they are rich in protein and they taste delicious. Azuki and kidney beans are just fine too.. and 2-3 cups of veggies... brocolli, ssnowpeas, beans etc.
If you really feel hungry between meals and you MUST SNACK, avoid unhealthy food. That means no chips whatsoever, you can have organic peanuet butter or 2 tpsp or organic almond butter for snack, grapegruit or berries can be used as snack too. A glass of milk too, =P
Hope that helps. To be honest, I was quite chubby too when I was in secondary school/ JC, but now I'm proud to say that I'm fitter and stronger than most of the guy friends I have. It's all about working out and eating right.
