Singapore's birth rate will never be at a healthy rate..........that is because the land is too small.....so there is an economic market pressure on property prices, which act as suppressant for family building......
Just think.......if the land is so cheap like in 1960s.....of course people would easily buy property....no need to wait, ballot, queue, and wait 3 years for HDB completion etc.........but in the end, there would be no more land left !!
So now since the process of land depletion is going on, the people living on it would naturally follow and have to experience birthrate depletion to keep up with it.
What to do, no choice.

there are a few movies the actors and actresses nice. solstice is one. another one i can think of is 'darrkness falls. the lead actor and actresses handsome and pretty. back to solstice. it think it is a good horror movie. leading the viewer to think that the old men did all the killing, but actually iceman did both sisters, lead the younger one to suicide after he knocked down the girl on the bicycle, who was actually old man's dotter. everything is so unexpected, just like the korean style of horror movie storyline, but not that predictable at the same time. please all go watch solstice like i recommended.
