Really do not like it when the boss calls for us at any time he likes and expects us to be in his office right away...
It's extremely disruptive... especially when I've been trying so hard to focus and meet deadlines...

mine jsut send one liner emails...whenever he thinks of something. and that's like within 10 minutes. so in 10 min, i get like 3-4 emails - dunno why can't he consolidate.then again, i ignore it until i've finished my work. if it's urgent, he comes over and ask. i tend to check my email every 30-45 min rather than every min
