I beg to differ should TS is earning his/her own keep.
If TS using his/her parent's $$$, then yes parents should know.
Anyway, TS can get fevo to deliver to his/her confidate's address, and TS collect it at the friend house or have the friend collect it for you.

Ts is just 15 years old..
not against teens getting creditcards at such an early age.. but they have to show that they are responsible in spending and not spurge on un necessary things. It leads to addiction.. and the borrowing of more money to buy stuffs.
I am 19. I have cards (subs/personal), but i don't spend at all. (most of the time i receive no bills) When i do, i will be sure to inform and pay accordingly in cash.

Responsibility can be better learnt if TS can feel that he/she has the ownership of things, in this case money. That's why i encourage TS to go ahead and get the fevo if he/she is earning his/own upkeep.
15 yrs old still can work although the range of work a 15 yr old do i limited.
Beside, if TS do earn his/her up keep and still wanna let the parents know...chances are they may take action,do certain things that may impede the learning of responsibility thru the taking away of his/her sense ownership of his/her own $$$
