I'm an individual that go against a particular system, doesn't that makes me a rebel? I don't expect singaporeans to revolt, because they're just not ready for it. Thanks again for you input.

You probably don't even understand human rights, nonetheless talked about life itself. Again, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, go google the difference between a dream and a goal. The wright brother's dream is to take flight, it was a fool's dream back then, the Icarus's dream, they been criticized and laughed at, it took them a while but they became successful. Failures are inevitable in life, but a defeatist will never try, it takes courage, paramount of courage to try again after a defeat. Apparently, you perceive it as something negative, what you see is stubbornness, what I see is determination, the potential willpower for greatness.
Only a determined man will keep trying, history taught me that great man are foolish enough to dream and stubborn enough to keep trying. I only call tell you not to conform, it up to you to decide.
Of course, nobody life is anybody cup of tea, moreover, i drink only yoghurt, milk and water, never into any of those leaves and beans stuffs. We all live differently with different print. Before you understand human rights, you need to understand human first, human behavior, human aggressiveness, human bad and human good. Then perhaps, you will understand why human need laws, orders and system to make them civilise. Your dissatisfaction is on these laws, orders and system created by human, but you should not bring it up to yourself, because human are not god, they make hell of a lot of mistakes here and there, corrected here and there come another problem, it is a never ending process of do and redo and so on. Once you understood human, then you talk about your rights as a Human.
Even at the end of the day, you can find your conformative in the way you like it, someone will not like it and start to be like you, because one man good is another man bad, that is one aspect of human. Out of 10 particpant, there is only one winner, so the rest 9 of them lost, are they going to become depressive with life, the rules and orders of this place, the winner only takes 1% of the general, but that does not mean the winner takes it all, and the loser has to fall.
By doing what you can and what you can do within your limit is already job well done, even if you failed in it, it does not mean you had fallen and that is it, if that is the case, then you are basically coward to face the real true of life and instead blame it on human rights? what rights you want? go changi AP and book a plane out or take a cruise to nowhere??

History had also prove to you that socialist system such as communism, facism, marxism do not work, why, because human cannot take the discipline of it, it is not that the laws and philosophy created by those great sociologists were not good, but basically, it is beyong human strength and discipline to reach that utopia, which is described like heaven in those book.
Remove those unhappy thought of our system created, from the election, you see already 40% also do not like it, and hopefully that will increase in the next one, at the moment, if you are willing to help, help those poor or old or simply give free tuition to poor younger ones, it will be more meaning in life, and beside, you can also send your msg across on the reason you dislike this system, then maybe in years to come, something might change.
People of the world, be courageous, dare to fight, defy difficulties and advance wave upon wave.
Then the whole world will belong to the people.

Karl was born 2 century ago, it is a total different arena now, what we should do, is understand the teaching, take the good and remove the bad, Lenin and Mao had adopted his teaching, but all failed miserable, and the people suffered ten times more worst than during the Empress Dowager or the russia king times.

When the world finally belong to the people, they will want to elect their leaders, because they are unhappy because their dear leader who gave them victory is old and want to pass the leadershit to his son.
Then the whole circus starts again.
Wrong, the world belongs to all living things, it is the human that are creating all the problems within themselves, be it poor, rich, powerful, weak or whatsoever, the way human destroy this world day by day, and also at the same time, destroying other living space of living here, be it trees, animals or breaking off an entire ecological system of a animals survival for industrialisation, human commit great sins and are therefore alway living in agony, pain and sorrow.

O Angel, do you know about the bread and circuses? Those shyt must be stopped, if we continue to allow power to tease and sedate us, it will be too late for a true change. Karl Marx is correct in many ways, he is considered as one of the masters because he speaks the truth.
The system we're using now is democracy, there is no such thing as different arena, democracy has a longer history than Karl, since Plato which is around 400 BC. Marxism will be considered as new ideology compared to democracy.
I don't think communism and fascism failed at all, it just got corrupted by democracy.
First of all, China still exists, unless you're a hobo who insists that China is not rising to the power. Secondly, Singapore is both totalitarianism and authoritarianism, Singapore is a fascist state that is fueled by plutocracy, facism do not work? This just proved that you know nothing about how our system works. You think there is no monarchy in Singapore? Are you that ignorant? A certain someone is playing the puppet behind the supposedly democratic society, certain someone is still ruling us for 51 years and counting- but not for long.

Stop, seriously just stop with your nonsensical statement about humans, you've a mind of a 12 year old priest. Especially when you think you understand humans when you don't even understand the basic human rights.
Find yourself a whip and start flogging your sins out of your body, because that's what you're telling me. You're degrading humans by preaching how evil human are, how they committed "great sins". Humans have the potential of infinite possibilities and that itself is probably beyond your comprehension.

I think Singapore is authoritarian but I won't go that far as to say that Singapore is totalitarian, because the economy is not completely in the hands of the PAP regime.
If private property abolished and private economic activity and business class destroyed, then we can make a case.

Just because you detest governments, you decide to denigrate yourself as a slave. This is self-flagellation to garner support.

Nope, I understand why you will think that way. "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound." It's about existence you see, how do you know that you truly lived? I've not truly lived, I'm slave of the government, a robotic zombie that is replaceable and indifferent, I'm stuck in this grey isthmus we called Singapore, a place we used to be able to call home, when more and more foreigners is invading the neighborhoods, this is home?- not anymore. I'm dead in the inside.
"I've not lived yet"................ "I'm dead in the inside"

That is just how I feel. A slave is what I am to the power. People like me, if I die, to them, nothing of value is lost, because people like me are replaceable, there're billions of Chinese man waiting to occupy my place. If you think I'm doing flagellation then you need to open your eyes and see, are you really a unique individual, that if you cease to exist, the system goes into failure and start chanting for mancha- probably not. P.S. I don't detest governments.
You detest yourself, and direct the anger to the powers that be. People are free to choose to feel like slaves or not. It is all in their attitude to life. If they force themselves to do a task for survival, then they are slaves on to themselves. This is for each individual to contemplate.
As for yourself, you will forever be a slave, until you decide to do what you want to do.

You don't get to choose to feel or not to feel, emotions are not options, classic example of a robotic zombie. The most basic of human rights, is freedom of speech, the freedom to express! I'm a Singaporean, I don't have such luxury. It is ironic how you put it "forever be a slave until you decide to do what you want to do". When you go to schools, you do a series of examinations, and you get to choose a series of subjects with another series of examinations, then depending on your scores you're shortlisted for a series of subjects, then focus on those series of subjects into variety of majors, then you focus on one of the major, when you're done with all that, you go to work. When you look back at your education, you'll realize, you're just following- and following what you're given. What you know, what you've studied, what you're doing now it's already chosen for you, there is only few possibilities of what you going to do- when you grow up. People do jobs they don't want for money, they studied what they don't need to pursuit things they don't like, they work to buy things they want that they don't need. You talked as if you've embraced the infinite possibilities of life, too bad, you don't. Consumerism, so many choices given to me, don't know what to decide, I'm forever a slave perhaps, at least I know my place. That is probably why misery and truth is best friends. Now do you understand why robotic and zombie?
You have to take responsibility for yourself. Those that can do that, will not feel like a slave. Those that can't, will want thing cut out for them. Well things don't happen as you wish it. You make it happen or you get buffetted about by circumstances.
Schooling is just preparation for living. Everyone has to grow up and make their own decisions. Those that fail to plan will inevitably blame the system. Those that plan are silent.
If you know what you like to do, and then pursue it, you'll never be a slave.
Is Barak Obama a slave? It depends. On himself.
You consider yourself a slave, and the world a slave, that says something about you. You do not know it, but you have no appreciation for yourself. You are self depreciating.

yet the irony is, whoever agrees with you...... becomes a comformist by comforming with you.
I say, to whoever they are who wants to go against society, so be it, do whatever you want if it makes you happy. Just don't drag anyone else in.
