  seriously,some of those hotpants being worn look no different from patched pieces of rags,some looking like theyve an american flag or sth wrapped around their butts.for these its not just the exposure which is unsightly.who wears rags in place of clothes outside anyway?not even beggars do that.and they do so going out with friends n family.

  there are only 2 kinds of attention they will attract:
  1)cheekopehs who'd enjoy such sight due to their extremely poor taste in life
  2)honest folks who'd be disgusted by such sight n condemn it
