I think maybe some of them open new account with sgf and you wouldn't know they are still active. I think there are many active sgf members having more than one account too.......I don't know why they do that and I don't see any benefits of doing that either.

Ok there is one way to do it and you need to backtrack. Usually, to start a social website like sg forum, in the beginning you need to create a couple of fake accounts to insinuate that the forums is attracting people. So base on that clue...you go ahead and see who were the account holders eversince day 1 of sg forums. -
