I was in San Francisco 2 months ago and used the public bus there.... when an old lady board the bus... 3 men jumped up and offered her seats...
Shame on us Singaporeans. We only seem to respond well to punishments.
The only way is to put RESERVED for .... PENALTY $3000
Then catch a few and punish them as a warning to other non compliants.

I think MOE needs to have a "signage" class to educate our youngsters... Not only do they not understand english properly, they also seem to have a hard time interpreting graphical SIGNS.

this one is a stubborn one. probably struggling to grow up. Not all teenagers are like that. We have many sensible ones in sgf. many of my posts are misinterpreted by her and for this she creates such unnecessary fuss.
The well behave ones don't have such problems ........
