Yes, there is but it is not offered in Singapore, if i m not wrong, it is only applicable in China and it is also not applicable for cosmetic purposes aka want to grow taller just for the sake of looking better. They only accept special cases that make it almost necessery for that op. Example will be that the person suffer from growth disorder from childhood and is not able to grow much until he is a adult. For this operation, what they do is basically break a part of your leg bone, separate the two portion and then let the 2 broken part grow towards each other b4 joining up again. Thus in the end your leg will be lengthen. Even if this operation is a sucess, there is also a limited to how much u can add to a person's height. After the operation, what i hav seen in the article on it is that the person will have to stay in bed for around 6 mths to let the bone extend. Also your leg will become weaker after that.
Well think this is what i remember, someone could comment if what i remembered is wrong. -
