It helps if you can identify the casue of the stress, and also the stress level. If you know the casue, like work or peer pressure, then work on those and stress i am sure can be lowered. Else if you do not know the cause, you can try at diet level, or work on your quality of sleep. Online there are ASMR (and many differnt tyoes) vieosyou can try watching.
