Other updates:
The Punggol LRT East loop may starts operation next year, while the West loop will operate at a later date, as the loop is currently surronded by vacant lands. Also, the branch line to the North-East of Punggol will be built later.
A Punggol - Woodlands MRT line may be built in 4 years time and if becomes a reality, will starts operation as early as 2012.
