If he is a small boy then maybe he sees you so often everyday and he just trying to be friendly.
This is the difference between adult and kids. When they see some one daily, they will just say hello and want to know the person. For adults, if we were to see the same person taking the same MRT with you everyday, even if you want to know him/her you will control
Think he is just a harmless kid trying to be friendly.
