if we do it the pessimistic way.......dun make promises......wateber u say.....add in "maybe.....we'll confirm again......."; these sorta things....so when things dun turn out as expected, it wun be like breaking a promise....and the damage would be minimised......
I used to be like this in the past also.. afraid of making empty promise.. thus i always add in the word "mayb" and guess wad.. loads of my friend say i very po po ma ma.. very undecisive.. very sissy..always "mayb".. soo what can i do bsides making empty promises??? -
