  im sorrie. u refering to what happens if one fails napfa test?
  
  it means u will be enlisted earlier - into the physical training phase (or PTP), which lasts for 2 mths (if u do not pass the disruption tests at all). and in effect, u serve 2.5 yrs of ns instead of the usual 2 yrs 4 mths (or 2 yrs 2 mths instead of 2 yrs).

  Whats disruption tests? Oh well, I got 2 years, plently of time to buck up and do most people go PTP? And whats disruption tests?

  during PTP, they conduct IPPT tests at different points in time. these are called disruption tests, in that, if u r able to pass the test, u will get to disrupt ur ns - u get back ur pink ic, leave PTP, and come back only when BMT starts (after PTP ends).
