Even if 700 goes, there is 190, 960, 972 to city area.
With both 171/700 going away from Stevens to Newton, 972 should be diverted via this stretch rather than Stevens road to provide direct connectivity for condos along the road to Orchard area.
972 may also terminate at Marina Center with the new rationalization.
Sv 500 can cover for Balmoral-Marina Ctr stretch also. -

Actually it's good because it has been some time since CV/Loyang got a new service. Hope this service goes into Loyang Industrial estate though covering some parts not covered by sv 6.

Hi mr busanalyser, if I remember correctly, CCB dream is changi village to Punggol. Not service 68 from changi village to tampines north area. Cheers. Thanks.

Yes svc 1 from CVT to PGL but since Tampines got svc going Northeast NVM..My only hope is 68 start from CVT instead of PSR via Loyang Ave,Loyang Way,PSR Dr 3/Dr 8/Dr 1/Dr 12/TAM Ave 10/Ave 11/Ave 9/Concourse and TAM Int

Hi mr busanalyser, I am right la. The proposed new Service 68 starts from pasir ris to tampines area. CCB dream is service 1 from changi village to punggol or service 68 from changi village to Tampines.
His dream does not meet the proposed new service 68. He needs the starting terminal to be changi village either for service 1 or 68. However the rumours till now is NO new service will start from Changi village. So if starting terminal is wrong, how can CBB dream come true? Take note NO disrespect to Carbikebus. Cheers. Thanks.

can make a new stop along PIE bef Stevens Rd exit lor for them to transfer to 190/972 from sv 966. -

I doubt 972 would be amended as the bus stop at blk 270 is heavily used as an interchange stop for Fajar/Segar/Senja residents.
If 700 goes, Petir road residents will have to rely on blk 270 or take 966 backwards and transfer at BPJ Road. Other alternative is 960 getting diverted via Petir road instead of doing Pending/BPJ Road. This option will also not be ideal as it will take away the direct connection between blk 270 and Pending LRT to Woodlands road and Mandai estate.
