BrandingOriginally posted by Gordonator:correct. cos older generation like those above 50s, they don't know a thing about politics and they probably don't care. they only know PAP as they grow up with PAP in the early years where PAP really make an effort to provide for them.

They'll have "other plans" for the money.Originally posted by darknessfall:I GOT A BIG QN IN MY HEAD FOR PAP...
they promised hougang and potong pasir millions of dollars if PAP wins..
so now that both wards have lose, what are they going to do about the money? Are they still going to pour in the money for these wards or going to make better use for health care, transports, etc??
Is there any transparancy for such use of "invisible promised" money?

I heard Toh speak at NUS Guild House after he "stepped down." He was very disappointed. He said something to the effect that the Singapore constitution was in bits and pieces because of the amendments after amendments.... that was what started it all... PAP had the power to change the constitution at will...Originally posted by M©+square:??? i Thought Toh stepped down?![]()
