  Yah men! shiok! what with "Wang Bu Liao De Ni" before the 7pm song.....I actually already reached the carpark where I was supposed to meet my friend but refused to get out of the car until the 2 songs finished.
  
  This is the first time I got so close to the National Day fireworks. I've never been to the National Day parade as a audience. The closest thing I did was as a card flasher at the stadium for the youth festival when I was in secondary school. But thats another thing altogether. Though many said that the fireworks were a tad bit little this time around, I was equally thrilled to see it. We were standing on a bridge next to the stadium and the fireworks were just on top of us. All throughout the 10 minutes or so, I just had this silly grin fixed on my face as I stood there transfixed. All around me people (Singaporeans, Blangledish, Chinese and other Ang Mos) were totally in a celebratory mood.

  Yayaya..I heard many said how nice the fireworks were, hor romantic!!! But............me din get to see leh! Sad... So dun like to hear people saying how nice, how stunning, how romantic it was etc..Because I'm envious and jealous. Haiz...
  
  Wisefool, missing who? Why so many people felt the same way? Hoping to hold somebody in his arms while watching the fireworks..
  Haiz..did not get the tickets this year..It's very contradicting...Always anticipating for the day to come, wanted to see the fireworks, but once it ended, there's sadness..To me, it means 'luo mu"(Ending)..

All you have to do is to cut out the coupon on zaobao, collect 5 with different artiste face and go to the respective outlets to exchange for a pair of tickets! It will be held at Padang, from 7pm to 12am...Heard it's strictly for those who are 18 and above. (Heng ar, I'm 19..hahaha)

  I tried to sing "Lai Bu Ji" once, but it was so difficult esp the zhuan ying at the chorus. Great song nonetheless, though the morgue in the MTV looked a bit chilling.
  
  browniebaobao: have you read <>? I think that is a good introduction to Cai Zhi Hen. After that follow up with <>, then <>, and his most recent <>. I still prefer <> and <> though. XJS is very long, YMG is a bit bland.
  
  I heard "Tian Tian Deng Tian Tian Wen" in JieQi's slot. Suddenly thought that this song is very "bitter" = ku3 qing2, because both Jiang Yu Hen and Ye Huan give me that impression, and the song itself - "wo jue ding pei ni dao lao gan ku guo yi sheng" = I decide to be with you for better or for worse forever till the end. Wah, ku shang jia ku. Then on Music Happening, coincidence or otherwise, Zhang Qing Fang sang Ye Huan's "Fang Ni De Zhen Xin Zai Wo De Shou Xin". Such a nice song...
  
  Bought a few albums (including the Xinyao one) but didn't manage to listen to all yet. Shino's compilation was rather good, because the music variety was quite diverse and she can handle both fast and slow songs pretty well. My fave Shino's songs are "Xin Dong" and "Na You Ru He". Well, too bad she does not enjoy good marketing and image makeover like A*Mei, if not she will also be a "diva"=tian hou.

  David gates Bread songs, there's one english compilation too, one 'la' album etc etc..
  Few weeks ago, I tuned in to a particular radio station. The DJ did a recap of Zhang QingFang's songs..played for about one hour that night..very nice...And i heard this song "Wo shi bu shi gai li kai li wo bu xiang jie ru bie ren gu shi wo shi bu shi gai li kai ni wo bu xiang he bie ren fen xiang ni qing ni gao shu wo wo wen wo zi ji..."
  If I'm not wrong, the song is , duet with Fang WenLing? or Xu Shi Zhen? Can't remember le..
  That radio station always spend time to do a detail introduction to new album, or when interviewing the singers (eg, David Tao, S.H.E), which i think is very good. Imagine if you like that singer a lot, you will be ver y happy to enjoy that one hour air show. Whereas in 933, the most in one song by that singer in a slot. The best is JieQi's slot lor...he plays anything he likes..hahaha...that's why we enjoy listening to his programmes so much. Keep it up, JieQi!

  I like Lei Guang Xia's songs. Wish their cd is available here... was singing the song by Chen Shan Ni in karaoke on monday night... felt so sad... didn't realise the meaning of the song until i saw the lyrics...

  Ya, the song is "Zhe Xie Ri Zi Yi Lai" by Zhang Qing Fang and Fan4 Yi2 Wen2 (hope I didn't get the latter's name wrong). It's about 2 girls realising they have fallen in love with the same guy, so they are wondering if they should leave him because both did not want to share him with the other, but yet at the same time they also don't want to break up "other people's relationship".
  
  But I've heard of some people calling it a "lesbian song" , because of the ambiguity in not specifically mentioning a GUY throughout the song (instead they keep referring to "you" only), and also Fan Yi Wen's voice is deeper than that of Zhang Qing Fang. So if you interpret it another way, it can also seem like 2 girls singing to each other about falling in love with the same GIRL.

  I don't think JieQi can choose ALL the songs for his slot. There may be some sort of a "playlist" he has to adhere to, though this may be more flexible during weekend slots. Of course we would want his slot to be as flexible as possible in choosing songs, because we have trust in his tastes heheee

  I really like old songs a lot + I'm really old (hehe ), so that's why I remembered Fan Yi Wen. Hmm, that's about the time I was really into Chinese music (modern pop). Of course, if you include the era of Liu Wen Zheng, Yu Tian, Li Mao Shan, Lin Shu Rong, etc, then I started even earlier
  
  Anyway, a note to those who like Hu Yan Bin and yet to buy his 1st album, please don't buy it! Because his new (2nd) album <> includes his 1st album! What a duh, I bought his 1st album too early liao But nonetheless, that was a good album.

  Wow, is playing now! I'm enjoying! ^^ Know that JieQi is going to play theme song of later..very nice song! I heard once only..but the lyrics is also well written...At first, I was hoping that they would use Cai Chun Jia's as one of the theme songs..well, Yanzi also sing well
  I went to watch HomeRun yesterday. Very nice movie, xin suan and gan dong..that little girl is so poor thing..everytime see tears in her eyes, heart just twist a little. Well, the ending is interesting..When you dun have shoes, you have a worry, when you have new white shoes, you will be afraid to dirty your shoes walking in the mud. I read the article by our DJ here, aherm..Mr Liu JieQi on ..hehe...After watching, I was speechless for a while..Well, funny show but I realise how fortunate we are...Those kids in the show are worried about not having shoes to wear, whereas for us, we always want to wear nice nice, expensive shoes. Some of my friends even wear once and throw...What a waste! Have to reflect liao!
  It rained heavily this morning..went out to have lunch with a buddy and was took a train home. I missed the few songs as the train was moving in the underground tunnel.. But glad I managed to tune in to time to catch that song by Gu Ju Ji.."Ai qing jie shu wo he ni bao zhe ku........"
