Can somebody pls advise? This ah lian got another ah lian to call up my fren and threaten her not to anyhow talk in class. Got fault ar? That ah lian is oversensitive ba? Think we like to talk about her ar? The sight and thought of her juz turns us off! This ah lian has strong backing, threaten us. Should we call the police? My fren juz ask whether we should ask her out and talk, then tell her everything and ask her not to interefere. But to me, gangsters are all gangsters..and I dun have time for gangsters? My fren is scared to inform my lecturer.
I did not sleep well last night. I heard noise..a man's voice talking by my right ear. It's like the sexual harrassment calls I received last week but this time it's more scary and I could not figure out the talking..If you watch ghost films, yup, it's that kind of tone. I thought I answered the pervert's phone call without knowing. But then I opened my eyes, saw my handphone beside my pillow, left ear. So you get the picture? 'Somebody' was talking inside my ear. I covered up my ears and worse! I heard a female voice by my left ear and a male voice by my right ear at the same time!
Frustrated, I put down my hand and closed my eyes. Then it was there again...heard the noises..I screamed but heard no voice, I tried to get up but felt a strong force on me. Then I called out to my parents but I think they could not hear. I tried with all my energy to call them but I think it was still very soft, as if something was in my throat. Then in the middle of the night, I knew I woke up a few times in shock. I duno why..but the feeling is like you had a nightmare and you woke up in shock lor..But I know it was not a dream. Coz I did open my eyes before..to check my hp and the time..but I only checked the time once..about 2.45 am.
This morning I woke up and asked my mum and sis whether they heard me calling for them, they said no. I juz asked my brother, he also said no. Then my sis said this is not the first time I encounter this. True, I had one similar experience last year but not as bad.
Last year, on the day of my final exam paper..I studied till 4am then went to sleep for a while. Then between 4 - 5 plus I heard a female voice talking non stop at my ear. I screamed but heard no voice and really felt very weak, no energy at all. Resulted in me not having enough sleep..already not enough..still such 'nightmare' which made it worse..I think I did badly for that paper..that was my best subject leh..first page of the question paper, I did not know how to answer almost every question. But luckily I still got an A for that paper la..coz of my overall performance..
I dun think this happened bcos im under stress..Think I should go and pray tmr..What I need now is sleep! So many things happened recently leh..really really very tired of it! -

it's either u r super stressed up or ur house is not clean leh....

I'm ok but dun feel comfortable sleeping alone these few nights ba..I left my room door open last night and placed a charm inside my pillow..that charm worked during my chalet stay..so might as well use it. It's my religious belief la..like my buddy told me to put a bible beside my pillow but I prefer not to. -

I suggest your friend to consult the lecturer who will be in the best position to advise you what to do next. If not, just inform the police. This kind of threatening can be reported and filed. Your friend should not be afraid, if not she will "zhong4 ji4" liao - ie. they manage to make you all afraid of them. If they call again next time, just say you report to lecturer and police liao.
Can try go temple/church pray (depending on your religious beliefs lah). If you would believe it, they say people under stress will have very low "qi4 se4" which makes them more vulnerable to this kind of supernatural experiences. -

I'm not afraid of them, never afraid of 'e4 si4 li4'. But I think we have to inform our lecturer if it's really threatening but my fren insist that she was not threatened, that girl called as a fren out of concern. Well, will learn more about the whole thing then see how.
Ya want to go temple but then...maybe today, before going to catch . I called in on Sat midnight. I find it very relaxing to talk to Li Teng, the part time Dj, he is also the winner of the 933 dj recruits competition. I told him I met him before and we chatted for a while. A talented and modest guy I must say. He even asked me to support him haha..he will relief Peifen's slot on Monday to Friday, . If you are interested to know more about him, perhaps you can tune in too.

Yesterday went to buy gifts for Mother's Day. Went into the House of FengShui and bought a hanging pendant for her. The animal is in the shape of her noble help, or known as "gui ren". Had a small chat with the shop asst (or boss?) who told me a lot of things about feng shui. Actually I am a believer of such lah (ning ke xin qi you mah), so it was a very interesting conversation. So if you are looking for Mum's Day gift, maybe this can give you an idea
Or you can buy something to ward off "xiao ren". Don't worry lah, they won't give you a clog and paper man to hit! -

Did anyone watch TW Golden Melody Awards? Anyone "broke your specs"? For me, AhBao & Brandy did, because I thought Tension would win. Most of the rest are alright, JJ Lin won without much competition, if you ask me. Things may be different if Zhang Shao Han was nominated too. Was very happy Sky Wu won, because he is a singer whom I liked since 15 years ago. I even bought the CDs of his old albums to replace my mouldy cassette tapes! Missed his old gong-kia image and him singing "gao su wo, ai yao zen me shuo..."
Bought 2 albums of Lisa Ono recently, and was totally bowled over. Can someone tell me more about her? Eg. vocals, music, instruments, etc. Thanks! -

Yuan Wei Ren's is his original demo of Faye's . Quite nice lah, but I don't have it leh, only heard it on the radio before. I always like his original demos, esp the for Na Ying, more "heart-feel", not as "sa gou xue" like Na Ying's version.

JJ won well...coz not much of a competition...well...since he can sing decently...dance decently and compose...yeah...but personally prefer a-sang...she sings much better...but overall package...JJ lar...so he was plain lucky this batch was not as competitive as the rest...well...Evonne Hsu also won b4...which was surprising.
Faye deserved her win...Read the news...tat closest to Faye would be Liang Jingru...male wise...Sky Wu won...closest competitor was Lee Hom...David Tao got knocked out quite early...wasn't considered a front-runner...tension too...was not considered a front runner for the group awards...main competition was a bao and brandy vs SHE

I've got a copy of Xie Hou by a couple whom I suspect are HSX and CLL. It is a mammoth 3+ MB so please advise on the delivery...
Incidentally, I was hoping to get a copy of the original Xie Hou... the one by Eric Moo and a lady. That one is kinda long lost and you can hear some of the distortion when 933 plays it. I suspect this version is older than some of us who post on this forum.
No Liu Jieqi over the weekend...

The original one is by Eric Moo and a Singaporean lady..what name I can't recall...something 'mei' or 'zhu' i guess..anyway that's not important.
I still prefer HSX and CLL version..more soothing leh..and dun sound so old..unlike the Eric Moo version..

i've the original ver of xie hou, by eric moo and huang huizhen ( if dun rem sala), it's somewhere, not in my pc liao...the quality really is no good..but it's a classic worth keeping!

Found the lyrics of Xie Hou after some effort. It's getting harder and harder to find it. Have always loved the lyrics of the song... quite cheem, very poetic and beautifully written. It some times feels like the lyricists just dumped all the most cheem words into the song...
I remember checking the dictionary many times when I first saw the lyrics.
