Gd am, all. FM Love 9XX is playing so many nice songs of long ago, & that hv been 4gotten, earlier on got "Wen4" by Chen2 Shu1 Hua4, "Hua1 Kai1 Hua1 Xie4 & ?? by Wawa. Now playing: "Guang Dao Zhi Lian", "Na Yi Duan Ri Zi" by Eric Moo. Even heard "Chu Fa" after 1am on thurs.
Immersing myself on these nice & soothing songs. -
Love 9xx popularity has dipped since DongFang Billy left...one thing is that it sometimes doesn't know what it wants. It gained popularity when it positioned itself as a in-between of YES 9xxx and City 9xx and filled the void of that listener gap. However, it started to blur its own identity by trying to go for young listeners playing newer songs and hiring DJs from the younger station like 88x. Now City 9xx has overtaken it to be the 2nd most pop Chinese station with its more intellectual content. If Love 9xx retreats to its "winning formula", I think it can regain some listeners...
1xx3 is a rather good alternative which not only plays the latest songs, but also recommends the less-known songs from new albums. At least you won't hear the same song being blasted 5-6 times everyday... -

I'm keen on the 15 Dec meeting up...
Well, do we want an open mobilisation of sorts where all and sundry knows who and where we are? On the other hand, would a close, cosy among the regulars be preferred? (This, in SAF terms, is known as a silent mobilisation.) If it is a silent mob, we just decide on time and place and email/sms each other.
I would prefer a quiet small gathering... but am game for something bigger.

He mentioned a few names. thank all those who sent him bday cards, xmas cards etc..namely pei ni, browniebaobao and mz etc..
He said he should be hosting tonight but he din turn up..
Currently resting..wont be back for this month..he jokingly said that he might be back on Feb..might not be back again..
Miss his voice on air..finally hear from him..

I really really hope that he will be back...he said maybe 5 people miss him..but i doubt so..coz i can name more than 5 nicks. tinker, shervon, hajime, attitude, browniebaobao, jupiter, flyaway747, borez, wisefool etc..
