Weight gain pills no use one lah...all her family members are so skinny....seem her brother buy those weight gain pills at GNC, damn BIG bottle, eat until finish and also never put on weight...It is in the genes lah... -

Well, i'm in me sch hockey team and i was rrather fat, so my coach told me to lose weight by nt eatin anythin after 10 am till 3pm, take a light break..
den dinner time eat earlier jes 70%full can liaoz, refrain frm supper..
Besides tt evday still hv to go for 2.4 run..
For ur info i was 76 KG and nw lose to 67.2 kg liaoz..
took me 6 mth tho, nida b patient and disciplined..
Oh ya, refrain frm hi-carbo stuff, try noodles or bread they digest faster..
I tink like tis shd b healthier than takin those pills
I mean aren't u scared when u heard of andrea de'cruz case..
