I think in the end, my sincerity and preserverance will convince her that her insecurities are unfounded and convince her i will be there for the long run.
I dun give up so easily especially when it comes to long term life decisions and will just hang on till the day she outright rejects me. -

My reply to Antoh applies to u. If u persist in hanging on until she outright rejects u, it cld turn ugly (depending on her character). If obvious hints (it seems obvious enuff oredi) r Not taken seriously, u're forcing her into a corner, & u risk getting her irritated later on.
Altho this view is subjective, it's from a lady, mebbi u can think abt it?

Its hard to convince a third party how the first meet went...i believe my perceptions on how it went was correct.
The joy and euphoria and the conversation during the time is hard to put into words. I guess only she and I can accurately share that moment.
The most important belief i hold true, is that she is Genuine. I belief her, and its that belief that keeps me going. -

But you hardly know her... only one meeting? What do you base on "long run" and "long term life decisions " on? And why should she even think of the long run with a stranger whom she may not be interested in?
Personally. I think your male ego just can't accept that a girl's not interested in you. -

Rationalization is a funny thing in that it lets you weigh the pros and cons and in this case the benefits of waiting for her reply far outweigh the cons.
Besides time is what i have, i dun mind waiting. -

I dun know her as much as i would like too, this is based on my intuition and instinct and my experience with people from all walks of life.

Dear clarion,
I went out with a guy once. On our first meeting, we had a some sort of okay conversation. I guess I was the sociable and chatty type, thats why most dates went on well. But, to me, I felt that the guy can't really "click" with me. So, there you go, it may be your point of view that you think that your conversation went on well...
After that meeting, I went out with the same guy again. But, obviously, that guy was interested in me, and started to hint that we shld get together. Since then, I avoided him as I dun want to break his heart. Even though on several occasions, I have already hinted that I am not interested in any love affairs.
So, you see, I am the one avoiding him, and he is the one wondering why I am avoiding him.
Hmm...
So, right now, I guess he got the picture and has disappeared from my life again. Even though, once in a while, he will sms me to go out. And I juz ignored him.
Cruel, you may say, but, I dun want to be in a point where I give that somebody hope, and then, crush their hope juz like that. Thats even more cruel. -
i dont have 2 meetings but movies, ktv, outings ... go anywhere zoo ... bleah bleah bleah .. .
