My ex cheated on me as well..with a friend of mine.
And broke up during my exam period. But take your time to get over it. It took me 2 weeks to absorb it, 6 months to get over 80% of it..now 3years has sinced passed, and Im gradually getting over it. And yes, it will still leave a lingering bitter taste in your mouth. But think of it this way, ur lucky ur not with that lying, scheming, bItch anymore. Look forward~ -

Below are some of the simple step i feel might be of use to you,
1 ) Get rid of her images:
throw away all the things that bring back memories to you, cuz they`ll only bring you sadness, refrain all possible contact with her..
2 ) Change your mindset and accept reality:
face the truth that she`s unfaithful,and know that if the 2 of u come back to each other, she will have a tendency to do the same thing again,take it as an expensive lesson in life, and move on w ur own life.. tell urself that you`ve meet with the worst gal in the world, thus anyone that comes along will be a much better person
3 ) Get urself a hobby
try going for long jogs or cycle.. i`ve tried that and it works for me..
solitary life at it`s best.. streached urself out, make urself so farking shag u cant tink of other things.. for me, i mustered all my hate/love into physical energy and shoved it all out in sports..
4 ) widen ur social circle
always try to meet new people and make them ur frens
soon u`ll find comfort in all those new frens and tt will in turn make u much less
independent on her presence
5 ) get another objective in life and fulfill it
be it simple goals like gg for a round SEA trekking or mabbe just a simple task like giving ur house an over hual.. it does help u take ur mind off her
the above steps are created by me, and for sure i do not assure you that it`ll work on you, but that`s the least i can do to make you MOVE ON..
the worst kind of feeling is to be backstabbed, yet even worse than that would be by someone so dear to you..
