Reson for being shy - is it due to insufficient social skills, and hence afraid to start a conversation or just chat with strangers, or you feel concious when talking to the opposite sex, therefore become shy? Or other reasons?

It's Not that they're Not likeable, some shy guys DO have their charm. But too shy until don't talk (like some I'd been out with), I try to avoid cruising with them often
