  Given your predicament, it's amazing enough that you haven't suffered a nervous breakdown! Tears are normal, & could be part of the healing process? It's never good to keep it all inside...

  Almost suffered from a nervous breakdown.....if not for a veri close gf who stood by me no matter wat......
  
  btw....not talking about you MS mao mao...
  
  i have given some of my other frenz a lot of hard time by my constant whinning and tears...
  
  i know it is veri unfair to them especially when they r not the ones who have cause me this agony......
  
  nevertheless.... just cannot stop being Ren Xing to feel wanted and loved......
  
  the me you see now is just not me......
  
  Me now is utterly wilful, nasty, selfish..... i hate myself for behaving the way
  
  i did....... but after caring about nothing but HIM for the last 5 years.... i guess i just want to be selfish
  
  & wilful to let go of all my steam for once .....

  Since you realise that your true friends have stood by you whilst you weathered the storm, you can be extra nice to them too in little ways Most people would want to feel loved, it's the best feeling in the world, I'm sure most of us would understand this sentiment of yours.
  
  As for you whining/crying, there's a valid reason for your tears, it's Not as if you can help it. The person you love most, ends up hurting you the most......
