1st, don't generalise. Girls nowadays also cheat on their partners. Yet when guys hantam girls, we females don't like it either.
2nd, speaking of that "snob" from your school. Aren't you being a snob by calling him a beng from a neighbourhood school? Calling him cheena & making condescending remarks about him doesn't speak very well of you either.
In fact, I think you should just keep your trap shut.

A man with class/charisma knows exactly what to do at the right time. A person's dressing alone cant be used to judge his character but when his dressing is assessed with the environment he's in, we can roughly have an idea of how much 'class' he has in him.
For example, no matter how well a person looks in his suit, his presence in his formal suit will not be appreciated by the people who invites him to a beach party.
'class' encompasses areas such as communication and gestures too. Saying the correct things and behaving the correct way at the correct time gives people an sense of the level of 'class' a person has in him. Eg, showing appreciation by thanking the host for the invitation to a function. Behaving the 'classy' way including knowing how to handle your food when dining at a restaurant/ taking the lead to order food for your table.
But i do not suggest that we be unlike ourselves and act all classy around people, personally, i detest people who do that. Hopefully, im not suggesting that in my post. -

on the other hand, if you find him irritating, people will find him irritating too. some people will give way to him, and be with him just to make sure that he will stop harrassing them. (one way to get his catch)
another reason is that such actions will by chance (if he is really thick-skin), if he ask 1000 girls, chances are there's one who will go out with him.
I think he's showing his dominance (something girls like, to some degree) at a notch too high till it turned disgusting to people. -
dun need to care about such guys. Once he is in NS...i'll like to see how he is gonna survive with such kind of attitude. You shouldn't call him a 'cheena' though. Injecting prejudical elements would make ur argument much less convincing.
