By the way, for food, I think you, Smudgey & I can look up for the catering. DRX can also help out. There used to be a Japanese restaurant near my house that had yummy takeaway sushi platters, but it closed down a year ago

ok... at next thread we'll announce the dead line to "register" for this outing... as need to cater for food so need some confirmation on number of ppl going. and at the same time can announce on where it is going to be (whether feow can loan us her place)...

Yah, since our thread is gonna reach 80 pages soon We can look around in the meantime for food & catering, etc.
Perhaps the dateline should be on 1 Dec, to let us have enough time to work out which kinda food, etc?

Ok, I'll also keep my eye out for those. I think we keep the cost down to about $10/- to $12/-, so we can collect $15/- per pax & use the extra $3/- per pax for the log cake, drinks, etc. What do you think?
