I guess.. no matter what. it will still be $15 to $20 per pax if have to go for catering. the minimum I can find is the minimum 25 pax international buffet. -

Honestly, if we wanna keep costs down, then we'd be better off with the Asian menu rather than the Western types. If $15/- to $20/- is No objection to everybody, then that's fine. But those acceptable Western meals I've search so far are over $20/- per pax
